This week is training as usual at the Lion's Den on Tuesday and Thursday from 6-8pm. The HERH Tigers will be joining us for Thursday's training.
Saturday we will be playing in the Riverlake 10s Tournament at the Truro Saints Rugby Club. The tournament will run from 9:30am-4pm with a Senior Men's Keltics game vs PEI to follow.
