Sweetheart 7s 2024 Announcement
Welcome to the eighth annual Sweetheart 7s Tournament!
This is a one (1) day indoor tournament held on turf at the East Hants Sportsplex in Lantz, Nova Scotia.
The field will be separated into three play areas, with games taking place concurrently.

Senior Womens and Mens -- 14 teams per division

Junior Girls (u19 - birth years 2005, 2006, 2007) and Boys (u18 - birth years 2006, 2007, 2008 ) -- 4 teams per division

Tournament Format:

Round-Robin, with blind-draw pools.Two games minimum.

$300 per Senior team

$100 per Junior team

12 players per team

Insurance Requirements:
-
Each participating player must be registered with Rugby Canada to be eligible to play. Anyone insured for the 2023 season will be covered for this tournament. There may be short term insurance available through Sportlomo. If a player is not registered, they cannot participate in the tournament.
