Sweetheart 7s 2023 Announcement
Welcome to the seveth annual Sweetheart 7s Tournament!
This is a one (1) day indoor tournament held on turf at the East Hants Sportsplex in Lantz, Nova Scotia.
Registration is limited to ten (10) Senior Men's teams and ten (10) Senior Women's teams. There will also be a youth component this year.

The field will be separated into three play areas, with games taking place concurrently.
Registration is "first come, first served" and once it is full any additional teams looking to enter will be added to a waiting list.

Insurance Requirements:

Each participating player must be registered with Rugby Canada to be eligible to play. Anyone insured for the 2022 season will be covered for this tournament

COVID Requirements:

Although the Province of Nova Scotia has removed all restrictions relating to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We recommend that all participants monitor themselves for any symptoms and to not attend if they are positive for COVID-19.
