2026 Sweetheart 7s Schedule

We are very excited to host the tenth annual Sweetheart 7s Tournament this weekend! This will be the largest Sweetheart 7s Tournament to date, with expanded juniors divisions and the addition of competitive and social senior divisions. In total, there will be 58 matches, one hour U14 skills session, and 38 individual teams across all divisions. Please see below for some additional information:

• The tournament will kick off at 8:00am, Saturday, February 14th, with the last matches kicking off at 6:00 pm.

• No entry fee for spectators.

• The tournament is taking place at the East Hants Sportsplex, 1076 Hwy 2, Lantz, NS B2S 1M8.

• There will be a beer garden provided by Garrison Brewing, for those 19+. Must have government issued ID. Cash, tap, and e-transfer available.

• There will be a U-14 Skills Session between 9:00 am and 10:00 am for players born in 2012 and 2013. Cost is $10 per player and payment can be made day of with cash or card. Email enfieldrfcmini@gmail.com to register.
